Booking Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation, the client accepts and agrees to comply with the following conditions. Modifications (subject to restaurant availability) or cancellations will be accepted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the reserved time. For group reservations (10 or more diners), cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the reservation date.

Any modification or cancellation outside the specified periods will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment for the reservation.
In the event that no advance payment has been made, nor a cancellation within the established period, the full amount of the menu per diner will be charged, regardless of its value.

Allergies and Intolerances

We remind you that it is essential to inform us of any special circumstances, such as allergies, intolerances, or other dietary requirements, in order to adapt the menu accordingly. It is mandatory to communicate any allergy or intolerance at the time of booking.

General Conditions

Confirmation of the reservation implies full acceptance of these conditions. Tavella reserves the right to modify hours or availability depending on restaurant capacity and service conditions.
