Reservation Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation, the customer accepts and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.

Modifications, subject to restaurant availability, or cancellations will be accepted provided they are communicated at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the reserved time.

In the case of reservations for groups of ten (10) or more diners, cancellation must be made at least ten (10) days before the scheduled reservation date.

Any modification or cancellation made outside the stated deadlines will result in the loss of the amount paid as an advance booking deposit.

In cases where no advance payment has been made and the reservation has not been cancelled within the established period, the restaurant reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reserved menu per diner, regardless of its value.

General Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of the reservation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

TAVELLA RESTAURANT SL reserves the right to modify schedules, availability or service conditions based on the restaurant’s operational needs, available capacity or exceptional circumstances that may affect the provision of the service.
